Our focus is on the tumor microenvironment (TME), the front line in the war between the immune system and cancer, and on drugs that alter the TME in ways that tip the scales in battle in favor of the immune system, helping it to reduce tumor volume and even rid the body of cancer.

RaCRx is focused on two classed of drugs: an immune system modulatory agent, RaCRx-101, and glutamine transport inhibitors (GTI), such as V-9302, along with companion diagnostics.

RaCRx-101

RaCRx-101 alters the immune system in ways that enhance the ability of immune cells to kill cancer. In pre-clinical trials, RaCRx-101 works synergistically with immune checkpoint inhibitors, such as ant PD-1 drugs (e.g., Keytruda and Opdivo)

GTI drugs

GTI drugs deprive cancer cells of glutamine, weakening them, while increasing its availability to immune cells, strengthening them. In pre-clinical trials, V-9302 has been shown to be effective in fighting cancer alone and in combination with other therapies.

RaCRx-9302

RaCRx-9302 is a glutamine transport inhibitor (GTI) that deprives cancer cells of glutamine, weakening them, while increasing its availability to immune cells, strengthening them.
